You're welcome to browse and get in touch. Please use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it or misuse the forms. The content here is for general information about our services.
Working together
Any project we take on is covered by a separate written proposal that sets out scope, timeline and price. That proposal — not this page — is the agreement for the work itself. Nothing here is a binding quote or offer.
Quotes & payment
The site does not publish prices or take payment. Your quote comes after we understand the scope. If we work together, payment terms are agreed in writing and any payment link is created in the Wise app and shared directly with you. Daffa Labs does not hold wallets or process payments through this website.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. In short: if work has not started, refunds are usually straightforward except for agreed non-recoverable costs; after work starts, any refund reflects the scope, work completed, milestones and third-party costs.
Ownership
On full payment, the work we build for you is yours. Our own branding, this website's design and our underlying tools and know-how remain ours. We'll always be clear about anything third-party (like fonts or libraries) and their licences.
Liability
We give our honest best on every project. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. This doesn't limit anything that can't be limited by law.
